We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Once your return has been registered and accepted, you will receive a return shipping label together with instructions on how to send your parcel back to us. Items sent back without first registering or requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return costs

For UK orders, a return fee of £3.00 applies and will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders, a return fee of £12.50 applies and will be deducted from your refund.

International orders are shipped with duties and taxes included. When an international order is returned, we refund the full amount originally paid for the returned items, including any duties and taxes included in the purchase price, less the £12.50 return fee. There are no duties or taxes for you to reclaim separately.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

If an item is faulty, damaged or has been sent to you incorrectly, you will not be charged a return fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalised, made-to-order or special-order items. Any item marked as non-returnable will be clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges through our Returns Portal. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another available item, simply register your exchange through the portal and follow the instructions provided.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know when your refund has been approved.

Once approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

For international returns, the refund includes any duties and taxes originally included in the amount paid for the returned items. The applicable £12.50 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
