All applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout for eligible destinations.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
International Orders
All eligible international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges are calculated and paid during checkout, so your order arrives without unexpected charges on delivery.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been placed.
We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
